Serine earns scholarship with West Ham!

We are incredibly proud of former goalkeeper Serine Sanneh who has earned a two year scholarship to play in West Ham United Football Club's U18s.

Serine joined us as an U9 and within a season had been signed up to West Ham's academy. In his season with us, he kept countless clean sheets and was part of a team that came runners up in their league and won the cup. His infectious enthusiasm and humour made him a popular member of the squad at the time.

Since leaving us, Serine has been called up to play for England at youth level, and has already made appearances for the U18s at West Ham and been on the bench for the U23s. Keep up the great work and good luck Serine!

More information on Serine's development can be found here:

Five Star Wolves!

Our U13s put in an incredible effort this weekend in their game. With just 8 players available - against an Eclipse team with a full team and three subs, they managed to come out 5-1 victors!

The boys displayed an amazing team ethic, organisation and composure in front of goals to take their chances.

Lyan, Joao, Shanjai and Braiden were rocks in defence, while Ajay and Preeash did a fantastic job as midfielders supporting defence and attack. Going forward, Ethan and Archie showed great quality to be involved in all five goals between them! Ethan got one of the goals of the season by running past several players from his own half before scoring while Shanjai scored a 35 yard free kick, shooting into the top corner beautifully!

Thanks to everyone who came to our presentation on Saturday, after our last training of the season! We have had another great season and can't wait to keep building. Award winners were:

We were delighted to hear from Serine Sanneh, an ex-Wolves player who signed for West Ham following him being spotted playing for our then under nines.

Serine is currently playing a year above his own age group (u12s) as first choice goalkeeper for West Ham's under thirteens academy side. Pictured below, he also won an award for best goalkeeper at a tournament playing for the club. The club are very proud of him and we wish him the best of luck for the future!
